Orders through NaxBags constitute distance selling contracts, which are governed by the provisions of Law no. 2251/1994 and PD 131/2003, as currently in force. The user has the right to enter into such a sales contract, provided that he meets the criteria of the Act on Legal Capacity.

In particular, in the case of legal persons, such contracts shall be validly concluded by their legal representatives. The ordering, payment and shipping methods as well as the cost of shipping are developed and described in full and in detail on the relevant pages of this website.

5. PRICING POLICY

The prices of the products available on NaxBags are the final prices, including VAT 24% and in Euro (€). The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The User deals with the Company on the pricing conditions in force at the time of ordering, regardless of whether these have subsequently changed.

6.METHODS OF PAYMENT

For the convenience and better service of our customers, NaxBags offers the following payment methods:

Charging your credit, debit or prepaid card (Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover). The Company does not collect or maintain the credit card details of users. In the event that the credit card is not approved by the user’s/customer’s bank, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.

All products available at NaxBags are guaranteed by the manufacturer at no extra cost, as required by European and national legislation.

8.SHIPPING COST

Shipping for the following countries will be free of charge.

Austria, Belgium, France (including Corsica and Monaco), Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including the Azores), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Kingdom.

For anywhere else in the world the shipping costs are 35€.

9.RETURNS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

The terms and conditions described apply to all products purchased from this online store of the Company in Greece through NaxBags.

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made at NaxBags, he has the right to return the products for any reason and in the manner in which he received his order. Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your order. In any case the cost of return is borne by the Company (not the customer?).

In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary that the product is in its original condition and in its original packaging. (including all accompanying forms). It is emphasized at this point, that after the aforementioned check and only then, the Company will be able to judge whether to accept the return of the product and by informing the customer will arrange the relevant actions and procedures, as described below.

For the best and fastest service it is preferable to contact the Company and send the receipt and retail sales slips together with the goods you are returning.

The refund is made in exactly the same way as the purchase was made. In any case, the refund is made within 5 working days from the date on which the product was returned to the Company. However, in the case where the customer chooses as ordering method the telephone booking with a deposit corresponding to 50% of the price of the product, the product is reserved for 30 days, while if no deposit is made, the product is reserved for 5 days. However, if after the expiration of the respective period, as described above, the customer has not received the product, then it is released without refunding the deposit.

The customer also has the right to cancel the order at any time before it is shipped. In the case, other than cash on delivery, where payment has been made by credit or debit card or bank deposit, the refund will be made in the same way. We also give our customers the option of retaining credit at NaxBags without a refund. In this case, the use of this credit by the customer must be made within 3 months, otherwise at the end of the quarter it will be lost.

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by means of Directive 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. In the event that their reproduction is found by anyone and in any way, then our Company has the right to claim compensation and take all appropriate measures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law. These data will not be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, except in the case of the application of procedures for the lifting of confidentiality or any obligations from the application of Community directives. The credit card data are not stored in applications and media of our Company, but are directly registered in a secure environment of the partner company ALPHA BANK, which is responsible for the launching of the cards. The Company does not receive any knowledge on the personal billing data of the credit card used for the customer’s transactions with it.

By entering their personal data, users consent to the employees of our Company to use the above data exclusively for the delivery of the relevant order, the confirmation and identification of the customer’s details, the information about new products and any offers of NaxBags.

Force majeure: if for reasons of force majeure it is not possible to deliver the order within the predetermined time, the Company will inform you by e-mail in order to state whether you wish to complete and deliver the order.
